Compass Collective is a Capstone-inspired opportunity to declare your brand, find out what you need to know, keep you in the loop, and basically create your own template to find or offer recommendations. Whether you choose to be a part of the Collective for an organic conversation about a shared interest, an idea for a nutritious recipe, or trip tips, you can count on the Collective to be your Compass-wide coffeehouse.
There are many places you can make an anonymous search to find out information about that location you’re going to visit, but your gut is telling you that it sure would be nice to know who that third degree of separation is. Your employer is worldwide. Why not ask colleagues?
Our Spotify play lists, DISC profiles, and job titles may differ, but our employer brings us across the miles and hallways to have unique encounters with our customers and each other. We are not alone, as individuals or departments, in wanting to grow in our skills. Our benefits offer those opportunities through LMS and colleague mentoring. But what we can offer each other at a greater scale collectively is literally a WORLD of information, tips, and connections.
Stronger together. Even if someone in your department doesn’t know the answer or experience, someone within the company probably does.
Skills are poured out across a wide collective of colleagues on a continuum of topics and interests work-related and beyond. Just ask.
Compass is a company alive with hospitality celebrations near and far. Get some of your next travel itinerary ideas from the locals, aka your colleagues!
We all move to a different beat when it comes to passion projects outside of work. Just how many places are we collectively volunteering at? Share so your colleagues can look (ask) before they leap!
Teammates willing to save you time mining blogs, social media websites, or other random sources when it comes to legit questions or interests. You might be the “only one” on your team or even in your state, but no way in the whole Compass world.
